I’m in the same boat, trapped by bubbling blabbering bitch of purchasing timing.Zillow estimating my Minneapolis home’s value. Dollar sign is when I purchased it. I’ve seen Zillow be somewhat accurate but normally I see Zillow way, way off. *shrug*

Zillow is always on when there are transactions. It will dip or spike to adjust and match the price. Whether they change after the fact, I’m not sure.
